Ward Party

The ward party was a lot of fun this year! The kids had a few pinata's and then Santa came, I didn't get many pictures because this little boy (Josh) kept dragging me around, it was really cute every time he could sneak away from his parents he would come grab me :) Here is Dawnah and Josh, he's 2 years younger than her! He's huge!


Then just Dawnah and Santa, she wasn't in a very good mood that night

Last day of school!

On Dawnah's last day of school before the Christmas break I got to go with her and do some fun crafts, we both had a really good time!
I can hardly believe she can use scissors!

And good too!




Apparently she gets bored waiting for class to start!


But when she realizes i'm taking pictures she hams up! lol


We made the cutest little edible reindeer!





She also made a Santa out of her handprint but we couldn't get a picture of that yet!

Work tree

We have tried to get festive at work this year. We decided even though we had put up lights, it's just not right without a tree! So we put one up and I brang one of my many nativity sets to put by it!

1st snow

The other day, we got our 1st taste of snow that stuck to the ground. Dawnah was so excited, we were predicted to get about 6 inches overnight. When we woke up we had barely gotten 1/2 an inch. Dawnah wanted to go play in it soooo bad. She is very interested in making her own frosty this year. She got all dressed up and went outside, made a couple of snow angels, and came in and was mad because she couldn't make a frosty. But the snow was just so fine, it wouldn't even ball up!

Sun Halo!

This is so cool, for those of you who don't know what a sun halo is, it is caused by high clouds made of tiny little ice crystals in the air that refract the sun light like prisms in the sky. Where the sun rays are in a circle it creates a circle rainbow around the sun! I actually got some pretty good pictures of the one in Brigham today! The 2nd one makes the sun look like an eye! Soooo cool! I love physics :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I had all of my decorations up before I went to bed on Thursday! I love Christmas time!

I got a new camera finally!

Happy Tandra

We went to a baptism on Saturday for a co-worker, Brandon even spoke! Tandra was very funny, the whole time she was giving us these crusty faces, it was too cute not to snap a picture or two :)

Fantasy at the Bay - Willard

Friday was a very slow day at work. Brandon watched the office for me so I could do some black friday shopping and clean the house. When the time came to close up both Dawnah and Brandon were stir crazy so we decided to go do something as a family.
We ended up in Willard at the Fantasy at the Bay lights, Dawnah enjoyed driving around the park and looking at the lights. We drove through it 3 times before she decided that it was okay to go home and on the way out of the park we seen SANTA! It was a lot of fun Dawnah was a little worried at 1st but she did sit on his lap and tell him what she wanted and how old she was which shocked Brandon and I because she didn't do so well at Halloween. I guess Santa is okay? It was a lot of fun and we plan to go back every weekend until Christmas is over.
